Well the towns festival is over maddening amounts of food, friends, booze ( though I don't drink), parades.... So no more real good excuses I supose. Ran 45 mins today week 3 of Jamie Easons live fit, and I just now figured out how to adjust my RDI on this site. Really hoping I can grab this bull by the horns. Seeing all my old friends who all despite having children have the perfect body. Ugh next time there home I want to hear oh you have lost weight

Welp trudging on after I let go of control last night which I shamefully recorded.. But got up worked out and after what feeling like not completely falling off the wagon that would have been to easy... I was more like fell grabbed a rope and drug 2 miles down freshly paved tar. But hey I am human and dumb so I jumped right back on the darn thing putting my seatbelt on this time ... Hopefully.

Oh this day is just lost, tired, cravings, 3 more days of these steroids. I am sick of fighting it and gave into nuts!
