Glad to have a loaded fridge again! Bought some Whey Protein to make shakes that are more filling than the Atkins ones. Found sugar-free Coffee Mate creamer and the Brett Michaels Trop-a-Rocka diet tea by Snapple. It's endoursed by the American Diabetic society. The taste is kinda strong but it will be wonderful room temperature poured over a huge glass of crushed ice. The Jennie-O Turkey Pot roast is good too. Got all my veggies so now I'm set for a good week. My B-vitamins have been helping with low energy and cravings during TOM. There's no candy in this house so tomorrow will be kinda mellow. Happy Saturday~

Glad it's finally pay day and I can restock the fridge. Ate a bunch of "crap" food last night (friends, game on, etc). Need to stock back up on cucumbers, radishes and celery as my snacks. Can't wait for the World Series to be over and the guests to go away bearing their pizza, beer, wings and chips. Luckily, I won't even be tempted by candy for Halloween this year so I'm good with that. Gotta keep on, keepin' on!

Big baseball game tonight! Going to a party. Taking snacks - staying away from chips, pizza and beer. We'll see how it goes.

Aunt Flo is flying in on the PMS 747 and she should be here soon. The picture of my avatar is TOTALLY how I feel today. Put an In-n-Out Double Double in my hand and show my family and friends screaming, running from me in every direction and the picture is complete.

Fight night party last night. Tried to stay within boundries. Looks like I did OK. Didn't eat the pizza or chips and salsa so that's a good thing! That post about Diet Sodas got me to thinking that I haven't been adding my Splenda carbs to my count. Have started that today. Wish I was able to drink coffee & tea without sweetener. I drink a lot more coffee and tea in the fall/winter.
