Day 2 - so far so good. I've eaten things I think are yummy (sans sugar and carbs which are THE YUMMIEST) and well within the "Phase 1" boundaries. I definitely brought snacks to work. Yesterday with no snacks I was a grouchy pants. I added my breakfast, lunch and snacks to my tracker and I still can have like 9 net carbs. WTF? I want to take full advantage of those net carbs but I'm not sure what else I'll add to make 9. We'll see how my brussels sprouts do at dinner!

Atkins day one. Not so bad. It got a little rough in the afternoon. Definitely should have taken a snack to work. Bought groceries tonite. Lots of good stuff on the Phase 1 allowed foods list. I've managed to stay within the lines. I can even have a snack before bed - which I totally will be doing. Looking forward to not craving sweets. I would kill for like a brownie or something but then again that's what got me 60 lbs over weight in the first place. One day at a time. This one has been a win!

Gotta do it. Gonna try adkins for a couple months. See what happens. Starting on Sunday. So how do I know what to do?
