I am getting better at balancing my protein, carbs and fat. It isn't easy but I am doing it, one step at a time. :) This was a great day!!!!!!!!

This day four of my journal entry. I am having trouble balancing everything. My sodium is down but my carb intake is up. Not good. I am going to have to pay more attention to what I put in my mouth. Blood work today to see how my A1C is doing.

This is the third day since I got serious about losing weight. My food portions are better. My sodium is still too high. I have to tweek that area. On the whole I think it was a very good day.
