'Lost' day eating out. At least 1800 calories, heavy in fats and sugar. Walked for 45 minutes.

Have been absent from home, not preparing own meals, some difficult to record. Have been taking a multivitamin to cover daily deficits of nutrients. Still losing weight and considering an adjusted goal. I feel very comfortable now and maybe only a couple of more kgs...and I call it a day and concentrate on maintenance......maybe
