I did really well on my diet yesterday. I exercised by going to Zumba for an hour. I am determined to stay on track this time!!! Going to the gym shortly to get in a workout!

I have lost a total of 30 pounds already, but I have another 20 I want to lose for good! I am so sick and tired of dealing with this excess weight. I am ready for a change! I feel so much better about myself and healthier as I lose weight. I have also started taking Zumba classes and I am loving it! Hopefully this webiste will help me stay motivated!
