Today I am at the very top of the healthy weight range for my height (according the the UK NHS charts). Yay. still 21 lbs to go to target but feeling fab

Another week another pound. Having consistently lost 2 or 3 lbs a week since 1st January, the weight loss has slowed down to a pound a week. (Peter Kay's immortal words are ringing in my ears). However, I am still heading in the right direction. So, yay!!
