I am currently at a medium soft structure of 206lbs. I would like to get down to a 195-200lbs solid structure weight. I currently have started working out x1week ago doing a 4:30am gym workout (weights) for about 1hr-1hr30mins (5-6days a week). Next, around 5:30-6pm I do a cardio circuit for 48mins (high-intensity (12mins), low-intensity (12mins), high-intensity (12mins), and back to low-intensity (12mins)) with no rest in-between, but to get to the next station (7days a week). Last, around 9pm, I do a HIT (high-intensity interval training) workout for 30-45mins (5-6days a week). The weekend before I started working out I weighed myself at 203lbs and like I said before I am currently at 206lbs as of this past weekend (one week measure of weight). When I started to workout, I made sure to change my diet to around 2000cal intake of better food for this goal im trying to reach. I plan to stay steady and consistent with my workouts and nutrition, any extra info would be appreciated...
