I am feeling good about my healthy eating lifestyle. It is only DAY 2, but I am really feeling GREAT about my decision and ability to control my calorie intake. Next, incorporate exercise!

I am "very" excited about my decision to eat healthier, get this excessive weight off, and become well-rounded. By recording everything I eat, I will become more conscious about the quantities I am eating; and therefore, will be in a better position to make the changes I desire.
