A Regra dos 4 x 1 - Gente o difícil não é perder peso .... o difícil é perder gordura e manter/aumentar a musculatura. A regra é simples.... em média a cada 4 KG perdidos 1 kg é de músculos.... (depende do sedentarismo, etc) e a recíproca quase sempre é verdadeira, quando se ganha 1 kg de músculos quase sempre se ganha gordura junto ..... SAD BUT TRUE....
