I'm trying to change my life and make myself unstoppable - one bite at a time. I'm a Medi-WeightLoss participant and have seen some good progress, although I still don't have a good hold of my sweet-tooth, bread addiction, or snacking habits. Anyone have any very low-carb meal or snack suggestions?
