Day 7 . Lost about 3 pounds. Not bad for the 1st week. At this rate I will meet my goal as long as I stay consistent.

Day 7 Had a good weekend, still Vegan. Still enjoying the Vegetable soup wit cabbage, corn, onions, squash and potatoes. Had a square of chocolate (80% cocoa). I cant wait to weigh in tomorrow to see how I am progressing.

Day -4 On track today with my planned meals. Feeling good and excited to move forward with my weight loss. I plan on working out this weekend.

Day - 3 I did not feel very hungry this morning. Perhaps it was the 5 cups of vegetable soup that I had last night. I still stayed on my calorie target. (8 hrs of sleep)
Juice Plus capsules and Complete Shake for breakfast.
Dinner will be at an all you can eat Vegetarian Buffett. Sounds like fun.
