So I'm happy with myself :) I lost weight lol. Argh I'm thankful that I've managed to stay at 102lbs. for a couple of days. I thought I was going to go up to 105 again:( But I did things right this time. I ate low calorie snacks during the day (crackers, cereal (dry)) and then had my main meal like rice and beans or something like steamed veggies in the afternoon/evening. Oh and I can't forget that I drink 5-6 cups of water during the day, which is the recommended amount for my weight. So this whole time I think I know why I was stuck at 105 lbs. I believe it was all the coffee I was drinking :/ I wouldn't eat the whole day and then when I was hungry I'd drink 2-5 cups of coffee and that was almost everyday! My body would reject food cause all I wanted was coffee in my system. So now I allow myself one cup of coffee 2 times a week. I'm totally fine with that. If it helps me lose weight then I will sacrifice not having it lol. I want this more than anything!
