O.k so I fasted on Monday and continued on half of Tuesday. Yup not much fasting but I had no choice but to break it since I didn't have the juices to break it anyway. Well tomorrow I'm not sure what I'm eating. Maybe have an orange for breakfast and two cups of water, maybe some coffee(no milk added) and then for lunch/dinner I'll have spinach, broccoli and rice? with of course more water. I feel awesome becuase I feel and look thinner from the last weigh in. My next will happen on Sunday:) So yes I'm very happy where I am right now! I hope all goes well tomorrow.
