Morning Workout 5.16.12
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds of
• Squat Clean and Press (DB)
• Alternating Lunges
• Hand Release Push-ups
• Jump Squat or Air Squats
• Dumb bell Rows
• Burpees
One lap around basketball court between rounds
Completed in 26:27 then started back up the ladder and got to 4 reps again.

This was for Team Workout on 05/10/12:
20 Reps and 2 Sets of each grouped exercise:
1. Squats/ Push Ups
2. Step Ups/ Rows - 2 ft
3. Deadlift/ Shoulder Presses - 45-lb barbell
4. Kettle Bell Swings/ Dips - 35-lb KB
5. Side Lunge/ Upright Row - 45-lb barbell

I also did a Omron(?) hand-held electrical body composition today and it was 20.1% with Normal Body not Athletic. i find that based on the pinch test, I am usually in between those two readings.
Weigh-in:
143.0 lb
lost so far:
0 lb
still to go:
8.0 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Starting the Biggest Challenge today with Team Hoopesters! I need to get the actual exercise list from Monica or Amy.
It was 10-reps, then 2-laps around basketball court, then 20-reps of another exercise, etc.
I need to add more protein to my diet to bring it up to 100% for the day with 2100 calories RDI.
