Well, I have gained a pound but I figured it's from all the weights I am doing. My body is probably going into shock from the OrangeTheory workout. It is a love/hate feeling with OT but my endurance during my regular ARC workout is noticeably different. The main concern for me now is the fact that I am having trouble getting into ketosis. And of course the weekends are sabotaging me.

Started Orange Theory as a supplemental workout on top of doing it on my own and am happy I joined even though at 5 am I prefer sleeping and constantly trying to talk myself out of being there but it helps that I am in a group setting so you are forced to continue and it hopefully gives me the push I need to lose weight and back on keto and dealing with the keto flu as well. Challenging week

Fell off the wagon!! I had to have Kashi Heart to Heart cereal with whole milk. I haven't had cereal in years and even though I felt guilty, I actually enjoyed every bite. Unfortunately I am up 2.5 pounds, I feel myself sabotaging myself again. So hopefully I can find the strength to get back on track today. I have my gym clothes in the car and I have my lunch box full of keto friendly food.

So it begins...Achy all over due to strength training but so happy I am on track again.

I have been postponing going to the gym but this weekend I just felt that I was slipping back into my old habits. I thought to myself, why do I have to sabotage myself every time. I have 30 pounds to lose and I gained 2 pounds so I refuse to spiral down again. I woke up at 5:20 and got dressed, went to the gym and did 20 minutes on The Arc and 20 minutes of upper body strength training and now I remember how good it feels to be back. Now, the next challenge is getting back on the Keto diet and finishing this goal by Christmas!
