I started this two-week self-test because I thought the earlier in the day I started eating jump-started my desire to eat for the rest of the day. Okay, definitely wrong there. I'm actually eating very late in the evening into the early morning hours. Quite worrisome as there is no time to burn those extra calories before going to sleep.

The first thirteen days I exercised; day 14 I did not. Whether I worked or not had no bearing on my caloric intake.

There is a very strong correlation... I'm eating a lot more calories on days when I watch a movie and/or play video games. This was quite surprising as I didn't realize just how much I'm consuming while being entertained.

I never experienced hunger or even had an appetite. All of my eating has been out of routine, boredom, or while engaged with media. Now that I know my eating behaviors, I can attempt to change them.

Interestingly, my weight still has not changed.
