Ate at Applebee's today at a friend's request. Ordered a side salad with a burger. Received fries with my burger. Debated sending them back, but the initial wait was unnecessarily long and I was under a time constraint. After eating the fries and burger - I feel really gross, greasy, salty, and sick. Also, my lips are puffy and itchy.

I almost wish I could make myself throw up, but I don't want to hurt myself and that could be the first step down a dangerous path.

I can't eat my daily apple as now my calorie count is too high. All I can do is keep hydrating and hoping tomorrow is better.

On the plus side, I went to a gym. This is my first time ever! I nerved myself, saying it didn't matter what condition my body was in or how frazzled I looked from work. Did twenty minutes on a bicycle. Thought I was gonna have a heart attack, but it turned out just to be my heart beating a little faster!!

The people at the gym were friendly and helpful. I didn't feel intimidated and I definitely will go back to the gym again. Yeah, me!
