Fell off the wagon last night by having a high calorie meal from Wendy's. Although it was so nice to get a fat meal in my belly, I am ready to get back on track and keep going rather than crash and burn. Going on holidays in a few weeks and really want my bathing suit to fit and not cut into my flab. So its not so intense my hubby and I decided that one meal a week we will have some meat and a beer, that way it gives us a light at the end of the week and something good to look forward too.

Been doing a vegetable and fruit only diet for 4 days now. Moderate exercise. Lost 1 pound so far. Hoping to lose 15 by the end of the Month.
