I am having difficulty staying and sticking to a calorie restrictive diet.
I work Monday to Saturday as therapist and massage therapist in my own practice. I drive to patients homes during the day to treat them and at night work in a clinic to see clients.
My quanundrum is I can eat a great breakfast but drive to fast food for my lunch and eat very late for dinner. I usually do not eat snacks in between but my food choices are usually high in fat and carbs.
I need to put together meals that are high in protein and complex carbs that are fast.
Maybe something i can find in the store that is already prepackaged but does not require heating up as i am no where near a microwave and usually eat while driving.
I feel i need some type of appetite suppressant to curb my hunger at night. I know if i eat more often and the right foods maybe this would help.
