Hi. I'm a 45 year old guy, disabled, sedentary for the last 15 years or so. Just got motivated to get off my butt and start doing something for some reason. Dr has been telling me to do SOMETHING since I got diagnosed with diabetes. I use the Xbox Fitness app on the Xbox One to do most of my exercising. Anyone else use that? well, that's enough about me here, time to track more stuff and work on getting back down to 190 or so.
