clearly i'm having difficulty following this diet. I am so bad. I could have had the hamburger but shouldn't have had the bun. Nor should I have had the french fries. ugh...

My problem is eating after dinner. Why must I do this?Last night i had a cliff bar and then peanut butter. i shouldn't have them in the house. if i hadn't had one i wouldn't have surpassed my RDA.

On June 3 I ate 1577 calories. Best day yet and I started a 4 week pilates class on the EXO Chair which was great. I sweat a lot.
This website is really terrific. I can easily see that I consume too many carbs even after cutting out bread during the week....
