Okay so this is my day 22. I challenged myself to "21 Days", to lose weight/get healthy/stay active and so far, so good. My journey begins with making a healthier lifestyle a habit, hence the "21 Days".

The issue I am dealing with right now is PMS related water weight and a general lack of energy due to PMS...ERGGGGHHH! PMS sucks, big time. I know it's only temporary, but sheesh! I'm about to look into some natural PMS helpers (evening primrose oil? I dunno yet..)

Anyhow, today my appetite has pretty much been nill. I had 1.5 cups of Coffee with creamer and splenda, and I just ate a Smart Ones Bistro Selects dinner: Dragon Shrimp Lo Mein...OMG it was delish! I added a small bit of Good Seasoning's Ginger Sesame dressing, and it made it that much more flavorful.

I know what to grab now whenever I get the urge for Chinese take-out, guilt-free...Wooooo Hooooooooo!
