No change today - had a treat for breakfast yesterday - Big Breakfast from Macdonalds but only ate 1/2 of the potatoes and only 1/2 of the biscuit. Did not really expect a drop in weight today

Ok - sugar dropped too low today. Drank non-diet soda to bring it back up and ate two additional Starbursts. Ate a slice of pizza and glucose is back up where it should be and controlled again. Will pay more attention in the future so this doesn't happen.

Wemt to lab and looked at a number of things. Also shipped two items. Probably walked 30 minutes while at 2651 bldg. Glucose was 62 when I came back. Ate another Starburst - check glucose again later.

Glucose prior to breakfast was 66 - oops too low. After breakfast went up to 78. Need to go a little higher though 78 isn't bad... may have one starburst to move it up a little.
