In my mid-30's. Was always a little over weight. I'd say in the last 10 years or so I have been more conscious of how I look and how i feel. I'm someone who will be dedicated for a good week then lose track of things. I can't take a day off because it turns into 3, 4 and 5 days. Next thing I know it's a year and 10 more pounds.
I've been with my boyfriend for the last 3 years or so and he is everything but supportive when it comes to changing how we eat. So I have found myself trying to tell him to find himself something because I need to cook for me. He will not budge on changing his ways so I will be doing this alone. Ugh! In the last 3 years I have gained 30 pounds (previously had lost 40).
