only sharing a can of soda at dinner time with hubby- eating 3 meals a day is slowly becoming a habit and I actually do get hungry now to make sure when that happens I have something healthy to snack on

no soda for 4 days- headache slowly going away. Feel kind of sluggish. I have been eating 3 meals a day so I do seem to get hungry a little now. My food intake not the best but deffinetly not the worst. Having left over cake around house is not a good thing but it will be gone soon. Have had very little salt, but need to work on more protein I think

Still need to eat more but I think I am doing or starting off fairly well. Will have to start adding treadmill in

Have not done anything in to long. Time for me to start another attempt at eating right for BP and wieght.
