For the last 2 days I barely have time to enter my food and I'm not meeting my RDI. I'm trying to get back on schedule. Switching back to a morning schedule has been has been hard on me.

I'm finally out of the 230s...not by much, but I'm out! I will never see 230 lbs again!

Today was a good day, but now it is time for bed. I need to switch being a night person, to being a morning person.

I had to weigh in for a challenge that is endiing tomorrow, kind of upset about that. I didn't want to weigh in until the end of the week. I really wanted to record a good loss.
I over slept so we weren't able to do our family walk this morning (too hot). Instead we did a workout video, Leslie Sansome Walking Away the Pounds. We did the 2 mile walk...so now I just have to do 1 more mile tonight along with my resistance training.
Starting today I'm going to try to have veggies with every meal.
