Ok so had a bad day scracthced someone's car today so I am not impressed with myself. I know I shouldn't try to make myself feel better with food but I had two ice cream bars :(

I was feeling really good about this week and then I went and ruined it and had two slices of pizza...so I went for an extra jog today but it still didn't make up for it. Grrrr why does there have to be so many calories in Pizza???

I know it's only day three of this week but I am getting super excited for my weigh in on Monday...I have been eating good and kicking my ass in workouts! Woot woot..here's to maintaining it over the weekend.
