Hey there
I am 42 years old and I had gastric sleeve surgery in November of 2010. I lost 115 pounds but have since gained 40 lbs back (that sucks). I currently do Bootcamp on Mon, Wed and Fridays, I do a TRX class on Tuesdays and Kettle Bell class on Thursdays. I am also doing the couch to 5km program 3 evenings a week and I am struggling to drop those 40 lbs again.
It is so frustrating. Even though I only eat very small portions, I find myself feeling hungry more often then I used to. I am just starting to use this program in order to track my caloric intake and hopefully doing so will help me eat better.
I feel great and I am full of energy, I have certainly gained a lot of strength and endurance since I started my new exercise routine in March but I am not seeing the weight loss. Help!!!!!!
