Walked about 3 miles today at work and shopping. Knees are hurting ran 5K on Saturday at the Gasparilla my time was not very good but tried some different food choices and they were the WRONG ones. Hope to do better the next 5K I enter, which wont be to long from now, sometime in March. Need to stick with my protein shakes and one meal diet. We will see how this works that and working out in the mornings.
