My energy has come back a bit since I started taking Iron, but also noticed that I'm always STARVING regardless to what I eat. I think it's one of my worse side effects on the pill.

I decided to wander over to GNC and see about maybe looking into an appetite suppresant.

The guy working there said appetite suppresant pills are all BS and if I'm hungry - than eat (healthy choices of course). He suggested I their Women's Ultra Mega Active Vitapak instead. Not only will it give me the vitamins I need, but a little extra bit of energy to help me with going to the gym after a long day of work.

I read up reviews on them and other than "bad taste" (hey they're vitamins! when have they ever tasted "good"?) the reviews were great. I take vitamins daily anyways, so I decided to give it a shot.

I took my first pack this morning which consists of 6 huge pills, after eating a yogurt and banana. I ended up so FULL because I had to drink a ton of water as well to take them PLUS the other pills I need to take.

I haven't noticed much extra energy yet but it's only been my first day. I'm also very slow at work and it really makes the day drag on -_-

So I tried Hatha Yoga for the first time last night after work. A girl and I were starting at the calendar trying to decide if we wanted to try it (her first time as well) and decided we would go together so we didn't feel alone :)

I was imaging myself bouncing around like a fool with no balance or flexibility and knocking everyone over like dominoes hahaha.

It ended up being not too bad :) I really am not that flexible but the class instructor told me I'll get there in time. It was an amazing class and I have more balance than I thought I did :) Will go again next week (only happens once a week that works out for my schedule).

Afterwards I felt so calm and relaxed, then guilty for going to the gym and not working up a sweat. So I did 20 minutes cardio on the Arc trainer, stretched out and went home.

Was extremly hungry and had two beef burritos (lean beef, med sized wraps, tbsp cheese each, hot sauce and lettuce).

Have a lunch date today with my bf - he's working downtown so we decided we're going to have Japanese :) Looking forward to it. We don't get out for dinner often.

*update* Had lunch and I ate so much I felt like popping :-/ Should have known better. Went for a 1/2 hour walk after eating and am now sitting at my desk drinking piping hot green tea. Don't think I'll be eating dinner.. probably just a snack or soup tonight for supper.
