I am doing well. I know what I can eat and stay the same...one day I weigh 120 and today I weighed 121. I weigh every day because it is easier to back off on one pound and not have to try and lose 5 pounds if you wait a week to weigh. I am loving being at my ideal weight for over a year now! My doctor told me not to lose anymore because my BMI is perfect! Hooray!

My original goal was 140 but when I reached that, I just kept going. I feel great and have maintained this weight for 4 months.
I promised myself that I am NOT going to gain ANY of it back.

I am finally almost down to my decided goal weight but it took a bout of pneumonia to get me there. I was sick for two months and lost 20 pounds. I decided to NOT gain any of that back but really stay on track and lose more. I have done that.

still to go: 7.0 lb
