Food and Activity Journal: 1/30/12
I had yogurt and banana for breakfast. I then ate a FiberOne Bar for my snack. Surprisingly, it really did fill me up, and I ate a bowl of chicken tortilla soup for lunch. Dinner, I made chicken and steak stir fry. Worked out: 30-minute circuit followed by 15 minutes on the elliptical machine. I am trying out that machine for the first time.... it really is killer.... And then walked my dog for 20 minutes... Good day!
