I am finding out a lot of information - scary information - about artificial sweeteners, and how they WILL jack up a diabetic's glucose levels.

Today was the day - I have been officially diagnosed with diabetes.

So I'm going to get cranking on controlling the food I put in my mouth and how much exercise I take and watching my meds too.

I'm rather out of shape, and this is going to be tough, but I've got to do this. I *can* do this.
