I had planned on starting my diet yesterday but it didn't happen. I had to get the last of the junkfood out of the house...unfotunately I dumped it all in my belly instead of the trash. LOL But I did have a really good workout in taewondo class last night. I even sparred two matches...which was so fun and exhausting!
So I started the diet today. I realize the day is not yet over but so far so good. I had oatmeal for breakfast and an orange and banana for lunch.
