I'm a 34 year old mother to 2 girls. I'm a work at home mom and recently seperated from my husband. I'm sure some might think right now isn't the best time to embark on a diet because of the amount of stress I'm dealing with but I don't want to find even heavier and more unhappy once this whole marriage/divorce thing is behind me.
My main source of exercise is practicing Taekwondo. I take classes twice a week and I really need to step things up because I'm tired of being the "fat" student and unable to keep up in class.
