weigh to go mike! this has been a good week for me. I wish
I knew how much weight I lost but my scales are not good. i'm not sure exactly what I weigh but when I am little, I'll know. one of the two people I didn't want to win is going to win biggest losers. Helen, shame on her for sending her daughter home, I would never.
Tara who did she come with, herself! Is there anyone that has lost a lot of weight, that can tell me how is your skin? The loose skin has me concerned.

day one and this is not easy. I know I didn't eat enough but it cost to eat good. I guess i will have some milk to add a little bit more but still eat healthy. time for some weight lifting.

TOMORROW IS MY FIRST DAY. I HAVE TRIED WEIGHT WATCHERS,LOW FAT DIETS AND DIET PILL. SO I WILL DO THIS MY WAY THIS TIME. I WENT SHOPPING FOR ALL THE RIGHT FOODS AND HAVE STUDIED EVERYTHING I CAN ABOUT LOSING WEIGHT. I WILL NO LONGER CRY WHEN WATCHING BIGGEST LOSERS. I HOPE I GET SOME HELP ON HOW THINGS WORK ON HERE AT FATSECRET.
