So I fell off the bandwagon for an entire week. Was on vacation - did not exercise one bit not did I watch my food consumption at all. Now I'm back to work. I know they say you shouldn't start a diet on Monday but I'm going to. I owe it to myself to get back on track. I have a goal to meet. I would like to be 175 lbs by the end of summer. Starting this morning I gained 4 lbs so I am up to 190. I have 10 weeks to lose weight. No more f*cking around. I am putting myself on restriction no matter what. I did it before and I will do it again no matter how hungry I get or how convenient it is to just eat out. I also need to get my daughter back on the bandwagon. Hopefully this journal will help me keep motivated. So far this morning I am doing pretty well. Drank a slimfast shake for breakfast, slimfast snack bar and already input my lunch so I don't deviate from that. Day 1... get crackin Kristine!
