Had a kink in the road!!!!
Started my diet 3 days ago. Day 1&2 went like a breeze.
Woke up yesterday sick as a dog could not keep a thing down.
Fell deeply in love with Popsicle,s lol.
Feeling a bit better today. On Thursday night went in over night for a sleep study for my Apnea. I think the pressure of the the CPAP is what made me sick yesterday. Was so dizzy & nauseous and face was swollen.
