Well hello fat secret peeps. Hope all are surviving. We just lost our step dad thursday to covid. Our whole family has had it and all has recovered or are recovering. Papa Joe was already in the hospital with intestional issues. Picked up covid while in the hospital. We all are at peace and ease , he knew the Lord and he is in no more pain. No services cause all are sick and we live 400 miles away.Happy New Year. it has got to get better.

Hi guys, hope all are well and staying home and away from all the depressing things going on in the ole world these day.
I am still on keto but not going any wheres fast. So I decided to try the this new Skinny fit super youth and super greens. It is also suppose to help with joint pain. My knees are screaming, so even if it doesn't help with my weight maybe it will help with my joints.
I tried the glucosamine tablets and they made me constipated. Can't have that. I just had hemorrhoid surgery last november and sure don't need that again.
been 4 days down half a pound. Got my fingers and toes crossed.

Well I am almost afraid to say anything. The date on here is not May 4, anymore. It is actually the correct today's date June 14. I guess someone finally fixed some of the issues we have been having. At least this one anyway. Hope all are enjoying this beautiful sunday the Lord has given us. Our church services are back to 3 a week. So good to be back in the Lord's house with my brother's and sister's. That baby grand piano never felt or sounded so good.

Finally. Pool liner installed. Praise the Lord we had heavy rain most of last night. So almost full and ready for exercise. This was a long 2 months of waiting.
