Busted my ass this week, yet only lost 400gr...
Need to find a solution to break that plateau.

I kinda screwed up yesterday at dinner. We were tired and SO proposed we go to the local fries dinner and I just couldn't find it in me to refuse that.
I had a big portion of potato chips with ketchup and a cheeseburger without bread.
It didn't even taste good.
So today I decided to make up for that with some killer workout.
4 x 30 minutes on the stationary bike ( for a total of 31 km)
4 x 5 flights of stairs up and down
4 x 5 burpees
4 x 30'' plank
4 x 30" full bridge
4 x 20 squats
4 x 10 biceps with 14 lbs dumbbells
4 x 10 triceps with 5 lbs dumbbells
4 x 10 shoulder with 5 lbs dumbbells
It took me altogether 2 hours and 40 minutes to finish that. I thought I'd be crawling on my knees at the end of that but I was relatively fine ( because I went easy on the bike with an average speed of 15 km/h)

Went out to the local 'Frit' kot' today...
My husband wanted fries and I told myself 'yeah why not, I've worked hard today, I can afford it'.
I had a portion of fries (as a Belgian, I'd rather call not it 'french fries')some ketchup and a cheeseburger without bun.
Thanks God that the no junk food challenge hadn't started yet
I didn't even like it. It tasted meh.
Tomorrow, I'll make up for that with a 6km jogging and some long bike training.

I'm happy today because I broke my record on the stationary bike. I worked 95 minutes on it for a distance of 26.5km at an average speed of 16.7km/h
I know that this is nothing spectacular but I'm improving and that's what's important, right?
I exercise with two goals in mind. One; losing some weight, and two: being able to complete a triathlon.
1.5km swimming
10 km running
40 km on a bike.
In less than 5 hours.
I have a long way to go still.
