I've been going to the gym since November and My weight was 77kg, I've lost 9kg since and I'm trying to drop down to atleast 6okg before I go home for the break.
My weight has alays been a problem since I was a kid but I'm trying to make a change for the better and live a healthier life where I don't end up obese.
I've been feeling my body change and clothes are more roomy and loose. I feel more active and I love working out, it's just I also love eating oily fast food, ice cream and mid night snacks which are repulsing. Being away from home and in college doesn't really help either. I've never cooked a day in my life and I've been eating out A LOT, but as of two months ago I started cooking and call my mom ocassionally to ask for receipes.
I've turn to fat secret.com to track what goes in and hopefully my output will be equivalent. A wise friend once said "Weight is all in the kitchen" and today sounds like a good start to a beautiful and healthy lifestyle! :)
