So this weekend was kind of tough because we had a birthday party yesterday and there was alot of food there and I didn't go overboard or anything but there was only one good thing there to eat and that was salad. But I also had 1 stuffed shell as well as kilbassa which was sitting in maple syrup, so yummy and then chicken wings, I had 1 and then there was the carrot cake as well. So that was basically my dinner for the day because we ate early afternoon but I wasn't really hungry later on.

I finally got down to 149 and I'm going to keep on going. I'm so excited and it'ss motivated me to keep trying.
