My name is Steven Rusher and I am 30 years old and have been married for just under three years to my lovely wife Trista. I have a 6 year old daughter named Bella and a newborn named Evie June and they're great! My wife and I live in Becker, MN and are just about to finish construction on our new home. I have always been a very active person but hit a rough spot in my life and went from weighing 185 lbs when my wife and first started dating to weighing 261 lbs when we got married three years ago. I went to the doctor for a physical and found out that I had cholesterol was at 240. So I went to a dietician and got my act together and dropped over 40 lbs and was down to 215 lbs. I started a new job and my weight has now increased back to 245 and I have rededicated myself to using a low fat diet to get my weight back down and have started to train for a Duatholon that I will be taking part in on Sept. 20th, 2014
