I fell off track again. I have had a craving for sweet and salty stuff. I am tired of giving in when I make plans. I have to hold strong and not give in to my weaknesses.

The Dash Diet seems to be what works for me.. Looking forward to seeing more results... FINALLY So far I have put in 4 miles on the treadmill for this week. According to my challenge I have 3 more to go, which doesn't seem like anything crazy unless you are doing P90X with it. I do like the results I am seeing so I will not complain.

2 miles on the treadmill and P90X shoulders and arms.. POOPED, but it feels good.
