I have started becoming health conscious for about a week and a half now. I tried starting some at-home exercise regimes, but most of them proved nugatory as I simply couldn't continue more than 3-4 minutes of rigour. But on a positive note, I managed to walk nearly 5 kilometers in just over an hour last night, which has not only alleviated my muscle pains but also left me in better spirits. I am confident that I can start a decent 2-3 day/week exercise routine with just a dash of gumption. What I am more worried about now is what sort of dietary habit to accustom myself to. I have tried eating less on several occasions before. I am not even a heavy eater per se, but even restricting caloric intake proved challenging because my body reacted adversely to any change of dietary routine. Anyhow, I am cooking now as I type. Hopefully I will get some practical tips on making healthy changes to my dietary habit from this site in the coming days.
