I just created/invented the 26 Day weight loss challenge. I specifically chose 26 days because that is the amount days I have left until I see my entire family (50+) on our annual Christmas Eve party.

So, what is the 26 day challenge? Well here it is….

-2 workouts a day (1 gym workout and 1 outdoor workout)

-Zero Caffeine (this will be a hard one for me…I love my ice coffee)

-Absolutely zero junk food (pretty hard I know considering it is the holiday season)

-No sweets!!! well organic sweets are allowed such as fruits (another challenge)

-Absolutely no rice/grains (should I shoot myself now? )

My start weight is 185lbs….I’m hoping to go down to 175lbs (Target is 175 and Threshold Target is 169) at the end of this challenge.
