Have had a really bad 2 weeks. Not feeling great and no energy to prepare food so snacked on bread all this time and whoop, I have gained everything I lost and more! I only have myself to blame, but this is it now! Goodbye to bread which seems to be my trigger food. Amped to get going again, I am not going to let this derail my attempt. I am just going to work harder.

Yay! I have only made two changes in my way of eating this week. No bread as a rule and all meals served on a side plate. I even enjoyed a glass of good red wine last night.
