So, I know it is an excuse and ultimately I paid the price by gaining weight, again.... live and learn right??? My excuse this week is I was sick last week. Most of the weekend to Tuesday. That stomach virus that has you curled up on the couch watching QVC and eating anything just to eat something.... then there was Halloween.... candy.. lots of candy.. no willpower...hmmm... this weeks excuse? It's Tuesday, I managed to do alot of walking all weekend... no exercise yet this week... I will push myself to do something, maybe today after work...

ugh i hate journaling....
Well, I am true to myself and have managed not to justify eating out all week. Even went to Albertsons and got a roast chicken last night instead of going out to dinner. Came home and ate it with roamine lettuce like little finger burritos, chicken and salsa. Honestly I wish this weight would start dropping off more quickly but hey let's face it I didn't put it on in a week. SO I will be a good girl and push through. Hope you are inspired to stay true to yourself too!
