Hump Day... my shin continues to hurt after one lap... today I added 1 pound weights to two of the four laps. I am proud of myself for pushing through!

Just came back from a walk on the track. 1.7 miles in 33 minutes... I had to stop, I now have a blister on my heel. The skin is not broken so a bandaid and thick socks for tomorrows walk. May have to change out shoes. Have to stay motivated....

Well, I am fortunate that I still have a job and was not sent home because of the nations state of affairs. I said I was going to start today and I did! I brought my workout clothes and walked during my lunch and clocked in 2.4 miles in 45 minutes. I have managed to already drink over 60 ozs of fluid (coffee, green tea and pink grapefruit ice). Have to stay motivated!!! I need to eat more protien today...

ok, I am trying to reset my weightloss journey again.... I guess I should have done this on the the 17th... so I will have to use today as the start date ... it works....
